Found a property, or not sure where to start? Ask your question below. You will get an answer within two working days from someone who knows the area.
A first look costs nothing. Only if you want us to actually go there do we agree a fixed price beforehand.
What to send with your question
The more concrete your question, the more useful the answer. These four things help most:
- The link to the listing, if you have found one. That tells us the most: asking price, floor area, plot and what the listing leaves out.
- The region where you are looking, or that you don’t know yet.
- What you want the house for: holidays, letting or actually living there. That changes the tax and the practical side completely.
- Where you are now: looking around, ready to make an offer, or already agreed verbally.
What happens next
We read your question and answer within two working days, in English. For a listing we can usually say straight away what stands out and which questions to put to the selling side.
If more is needed, for example someone to go and look on the spot or to check the papers, you hear beforehand what that costs. A fixed price, no extra charges afterwards, and clear in advance what is and isn’t included. Asking a question doesn’t commit you to anything.
